Aquajet Limited has a fleet of vehicles that are fitted with the most up to date satellite tracking system on the market today. This enables us to provide you the customer with exactly what time the team arrive at the location requested and the exact time they leave.

For example, if there is a tenant / maintenance manager and they are waiting at a property for us to arrive, this tracking system allows us to keep them updated frequently on our location and estimated time of arrival so their time is not wasted. The accurate time tracking gives you confidence that the time spent there by our engineers was just to get the job done so charging is accurate.

We have a rolling record of 5 years for vehicle movements which provide times/dates of when and how long equipment was used for.

Larger account holders will be given live time internet access to our vehicle tracking system which will give you the ability to give the best customer service to your clients as you can advise them of an estimated time of arrival without having to ring your clients back.

You will also be able to send direct text messages to the engineers on site on any additional information they require.
